In 2017, instead of a long vacation, we took two short weeks at different times of the year. First we went to the Big Bend area to visit the national and state parks. Later in the summer, we traveled to New Mexico to visit Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, and Carlsbad Caverns NP.
